We don't bound our makers.
Furthermore, we simply ask for the first month and security deposit upfront, followed by month-to-month rent for as long as you choose to stay with us. If you decide to opt-out, just provide a 30-day notice, and your security deposit will cover that period.
Payouts.
Payouts are processed twice a month, on the 1st and 16th. Earnings accumulated from the 10th to the 24th of the month are paid out on the 1st of the following month. Similarly, earnings generated from the 25th to the 9th of the next month are disbursed on the 16th. This schedule ensures a consistent and timely distribution of funds to our valued members.
Securing your participation.
Once you apply, your application will be reviewed and if accepted you will receive a welcome email to join us and your vendor participation package.
Inventory + Overstock + Store Hours
Inventory: We operate on a live-time, 24-hour access inventory system. You manage your inventory yourself, ensuring your vendor code is listed on all items.
Overstock: There is no charge to keep a plastic bin of overstock to keep replenishing easy for our staff and you!
Store hours: Our store is open every day. We operate during mall hours.
Vendor Code + Product Code + Price
We require you to follow our labeling policy to ensure your products are accurately accounted for in the inventory system and you are paid out for all items sold through the inventory system. Details on this are provided in your vendor package.
