Let us give a brief description of Handmade Heaven - Our concept is very simple, we rent space to small businesses/makers/vendors in our store. We help them showcase their specialties and talents in our store. The amazing part is artisans make 100% of their sales. 

At Handmade Heaven, we offer a selection of membership tiers tailored to suit various business needs, commencing at a modest $150 per month. Our exclusive membership packages provide an unparalleled opportunity for businesses of all kinds to flourish within our esteemed community. Join us as we embark on a journey of growth and success together.

1. Mini-Entry Unit (4-Tier shelf) - $150 plus tax/month (We provide the shelf) 

2. Entry Unit (5-Tier shelf) - $200 plus tax/month (We provide the shelf)

3. 2 Feet Wall space (2'W x 2'D x 8'H) - $275 plus tax/month (Makers have to bring their shelf)

4. 3 Feet Wall space (3'W x 2'D x 8'H) - $325 plus tax/month (Makers have to bring their shelf)

 Additionally, We don't do any contracts with any makers. We just ask for the First and Last month's payment, then month-to-month rent for as long as you want to be with us. At any time, you wish to opt-out we just need 30 day's notice. The Last month's rent will cover the 30 days. 

 Payouts occur twice a month, specifically on the 1st and 16th of each month. Earnings accrued between the 10th and 24th of the month will be disbursed on the 1st of the subsequent month. Likewise, earnings generated from the 25th of one month to the 9th of the next will be paid out on the 16th of that month. This ensures a structured and timely distribution of funds to our valued members.

Once you apply, your application will be reviewed and if accepted you will receive a welcome email to join us and your vendor participation package. 

Inventory:  We operate on a live-time, 24-hour access inventory system. You manage your inventory yourself, ensuring your vendor code is listed on all items. 

Overstock: There is no charge to keep a plastic bin of overstock to keep replenishing easy for our staff and you!  

Store hours: Our store is open every day.  We operate during mall hours.

We require you to follow our labeling policy to ensure your products are accurately accounted for in the inventory system and you are paid out for all items sold through the inventory system. Details on this are provided in your vendor package.
